Do I Need To Be Present During the Home Inspection?

You do not have to be at the home inspection but we strongly  recommend you to be present during the home inspection, from start to finish. It will take a few hours only. 

Is Mold Testing A Part of General Inspection?

No. A home inspection does not include any mold testing. We however offer mold testing. This is an additional service which should be arranged at the time of scheduling your inspection. You can learn more about our mold services by visiting our Home Inspection Services page and our pricing.

Do you check for Radon?

Yes! Radon gas is present throughout with elevated levels in certain areas and so we recommend a radon testing with every home inspection that we make in Michigan. This is an additional service like mold testing and it should be arranged at the time of scheduling your inspection. The EPA has identified Radon levels of 4 pCi/L or more as a health hazard.
